Returns and exchanges on eligible furniture are accepted within 5 days of your delivery date. A 10% restocking fee is applied to all returns, and the original delivery fee is not included in any refund. Items must be returned in like-new condition. Manufacturing defect exchanges are accepted within 10 days. Purchases from the End Zone, as well as rugs, bedding, accessories, and electrical products, are not eligible for return.
