      Track your delivery easily at Bob Mills Furniture! To prepare for delivery be sure to follow the steps listed below. Make a clear path for your new furniture and remove any electronics or breakables. Safely store them out of the way. Be ready with an authorized person over the age of 18 at the time of delivery!

      Customer Pickup

      Customer Pickup (Free)

      Available at all store pickup locations. Schertz customers use San Antonio Pickup location

      • Pickup times vary by location
      • Photo ID required for pickup
      • Customers are responsible for assembling any items requiring assembly (assembly service available for purchase)
      • Customers are responsible for securing the merchandise
      • Tie-down rope is provided; customer tie-downs are recommended
      • Transportation for exchanges or returns are the customer's responsibility

      Pickup Day Process

      • 1 On the morning of your scheduled pickup, you’ll receive a text confirming your appointment
      • 2 When you’re on your way, reply “On the way” so our team can have your items ready for a quick and seamless pickup
      • 3 Upon arrival, proceed to the customer pickup area with your photo ID and receipt
      • 4 After your paperwork is processed, our team will assist you with loading your merchandise
      Carton Dropoff

      In-Carton Drop-Off ($99)

      Local Delivery Area only

      • Delivery times are sent the afternoon before delivery
      • No minimum purchase required
      • Drop-off is on the ground floor only
      • Items remain in original cartons; no assembly or unwrapping included
      • If an item will not fit through a doorway, it will be left outside
      • Transportation for exchanges or returns is the customer's responsibility
      • No Special Orders, As-Is, or Floor Samples
      • Any authorized adult (18+) may accept delivery
      Elite Delivery

      Elite Delivery

      For the most complete and convenient experience

      • Items are fully inspected and assembled by Bob Mills Furniture delivery teams.
      • All parts (feet, knobs, handles, power components, etc.) are tested and verified
      • Same-day follow-up text or call from your Delivery Coordinator
      • Old mattresses may be removed if they are stain- and odor-free
      • No accessories, lamps, artwork, pillows, or mattress protectors may be delivered on the truck
      • Any authorized adult (18+) may accept delivery
