Please remember the following requirements for picking up merchandise from an online purchase:
- Purchaser must be present at pick up.
- Must present photo ID of purchaser.
- Must present credit card used during purchase.
- Pick up hours vary by location. Contact Store location to verify hours.
Once you arrive at Bob Mills Furniture you may precede directly to the front counter, where you will present your receipt, photo ID to pick up your furniture! After we process your paperwork you will be directed to our CPU dock for professional merchandise loading.
Bob Mills Furniture also offers a professional in home delivery service provided by independent contract delivery companies.
We deliver throughout the week from 7:00 AM until the last delivery is made. With hundreds of deliveries a day in multiple towns, it takes your understanding that requesting a morning or afternoon delivery is not possible. However, we do give you a 2 hour delivery window that will be provided to you the evening before the delivery.

Introducing In-Carton Drop-Off℠ Delivery
Our Customer Pickup and Elite Delivery options are now joined by the In-Carton Drop-Off ℠ option for furniture and mattress delivery from Bob Mills Furniture in Oklahoma City, Amarillo, Lubbock, Temple, Waco and San Antonio. Our Elite Delivery includes the added service of full inspection and assembly prior to delivery, and a furniture technician to install your new purchase in the desired room of the home.
Sometimes, all you need is someone to safely deliver your purchase from the store to your door. Now you can have it and at Bob Mills Furniture... it's only $99!
- Make a purchase of $499 or more at Bob Mills Furniture and live within a local area of the Oklahoma City, Amarillo, Lubbock, Temple, Waco, and San Antonio store locations.
- You will receive a phone call a day before your delivery.
- Our delivery driver will bring your carton(s) to your front door. Furniture will be placed inside front door or in the first dry area of your garage. For apartment and condo dwellers, furniture placed on the ground floor or lobby of apartments and condos. Cartons that are too large to go through the door will be left outside. Someone over the age of 18 must be present at time of delivery. Delivery confirmation is required before delivery is attempted.
- The driver will take photos of your carton to document the conditions of our delivery.
- After you sign for your delivery, you are now free to bring your In-carton Drop-off℠ delivery inside your home for you to assemble and enjoy.
Restrictions for In-Carton Drop-Off℠ Delivery
- Local delivery only for the Oklahoma City, Amarillo, Lubbock, Temple, Waco, and San Antonio store locations. Minimum purchase of $499
- Furniture will NOT be assembled by Bob Mills Furniture. Accessories, floor samples, special orders, or Endzone items are not eligible for this service. Bob Mills Furniture will not haul off or remove any furniture. Transportation is the customer's responsibility for returns and exchanges. Returns must be in like new condition. Restocking charges will apply.
