Delivery & Setup Details
- Delivery Scheduling: You will receive an automated call or text the evening before your delivery date with a two-hour delivery window. Authorized personnel (18 years or older) must be present to sign for the delivery.
- Elite Delivery Service: This premium service includes full inspection, unboxing, and in-home assembly of your new furniture. The delivery team will test all parts (like power components, knobs, and handles) and haul away the packing materials.
- Standard Drop-off: For standard drop-off, items are delivered to the ground floor only and remain in their original packaging. No unboxing or assembly is included.
- Haul-Away: Our delivery team will haul away a piece of furniture, 2 pieces of furniture, or even a whole room when you purchase! See store for pricing and details.
In-Store Pickup
- Process & Requirements: In-store or warehouse pickup is a free option. You must bring a valid photo ID and a copy of your sales receipt. You will receive a text the morning of your scheduled pickup—replying "On the way" allows the warehouse team to prepare your items for a faster process.
- Loading Assistance: The Bob Mills warehouse team will assist in loading your merchandise and is trained to help tie down and secure the furniture to your vehicle. Customer assumes full responsibility for the physical loadout of goods.
- Customer Responsibilities: Once picked up, you are responsible for any necessary assembly. If an item needs to be returned or exchanged later, you are responsible for transporting it back to the store.

- Bob Mills Furniture Credit Card: Issued with approved credit by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., this card offers special financing terms on qualifying purchases of $500 or more (such as 60-month financing options) and functions as a revolving line of credit.
- Bob Mills LITE™ Card: Issued by Fortiva Retail Credit, this option is designed for customers who have a good, but not necessarily perfect, credit history. It offers approvals up to $7,500 with no prepayment penalties.
- Lease-to-Own Programs: Bob Mills partners with Koalafi® and Progressive Leasing™ to provide "no credit needed" lease-to-own solutions. These programs offer high approval rates, instant decisions, and early purchase options (such as a 90-day purchase option).
Returns & Exchange Policy
- Standard 5-Day Return Window: Most furniture can be returned or exchanged within 5 days of delivery. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and the deduction of the original delivery charges.
- Condition & Defect Exchanges: Items must be in "like new" condition to be accepted. If an item has a manufacturer defect, exchanges are allowed within 10 days of delivery.
- Non-Returnable Items: "As-is" merchandise, special orders, accessories, rugs, and electrical items are generally excluded from returns. (Special orders require a 40% non-refundable deposit at the time of purchase).
- Mattresses & The "90 Nites" Program: Mattresses cannot be returned under the standard policy. Instead, they are covered by the 90 Nites program. After sleeping on the mattress for a mandatory 21 nights to adjust, you can qualify for a one-time reselection. You will receive a 90% credit toward a new mattress of equal or greater value, provided the original mattress is completely free of stains, rips, or burns.
