If payment is made by check, delivery of title to the merchandise is subject to collection of the funds. I understand that if this is a credit purchase, it is subject to the terms and conditions of the credit agreement. All returns approved by this company are subject to a 10% restocking charge. Merchandise picked up at the dock must be returned to the store by the customer if returning or for service. Special orders may not be eligible for exchange or return. Unless otherwise noted, any item ("as-is", accessory, rug, bedding and electrical items may be excluded) may be returned within 5 days for a refund less a 10% restocking charge and delivery charges. Bob Mills Furniture Company, L.L.C. will not accept returns after 5 days. Exchanges due to defects are allowed within 10 days of delivery. Merchandise must be in "like new" condition in the sole opinion of the Solution Center (Customer Service) department of Bob Mills Furniture Company, L.L.C. Approved customer refund over $100 only paid by company check
Short Term Layaway
Bob Mills Furniture Company, L.L.C. requires a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the sales price of the merchandise in layaway. The balance is due within 30 days of the initial deposit. If the layaway is cancelled by the customer at any time for any reason, Bob Mills Furniture Company will retain the deposit. Should the merchandise be temporarily out of stock, the customer is guaranteed the price of the goods at the time of purchase.
Special Order Merchandise
Bob Mills Furniture requires a non-refundable deposit of 40% for special order merchandise. The factory estimated shipping time is approximately 8-12 weeks. This is not a promise of delivery date, but an estimate from the factory of probable arrival and is subject to fabric and stock availability. Merchandise prices on the customer's order are subject to audit, and if any changes are required, the customer will be notified and an agreement reached prior to the order being placed with the factory.
Bob Mills Furniture Company, L.L.C. warrants for 12 months to the original purchaser (for non-commercial use) construction of the following:
- upholstered and leather furniture: springs, frame, seams or loss of resiliency of foam cushions. No replacement of fabric or leather.
- Bedroom, dining room, and dinette furniture: defects in materials or workmanship, excluding finishes
- Bedding: per the manufacturer's warranty.
"As Is", discontinued, or special purchase merchandise and accessories have no additional warranties and cannot be returned.
