Adam Dilley

Solution Center Manager Adam

Solution Center Manager Adam Dilley strives to be a person of whom his company can be proud. After being raised in Iowa, New Mexico and Oklahoma, Dilley now works at Bob Mills Furniture, as he has since February 2012. As a pastor, a husband and a father, Dilley believes all people are worthy of respect and dignity. He brings that attitude with him to the office every day as he works to provide customers with answers to their questions and support with their purchases.

After originally coming to Bob Mills when there was not an opening to being approached by the company when he was not available, Dilley was finally in the right place at the right time for placement in the manager-in-training program. Shortly thereafter, the Solution Center Manager position opened up. Dilley was a perfect fit.

"I have loved the family values and the work I do ever since I came here," Dilley said. "I enjoy my co-workers throughout the stores, but especially my co-workers in the Solution Center where I spend most of my time. This is the last job I ever want to have."

Malori Walker

Human Resources Specialist Malori

Bringing a sincere smile to work every day is just a small part of what separates Malori Walker from the rest of the crowd. Her enthusiasm and drive have propelled her quickly to where she is now. In a short period, Walker has played a part in nearly every aspect of the company and shows no signs of slowing down.

After being raised in the small Oklahoma town of Spiro, Walker moved to Oklahoma City to begin her career. When she joined the Bob Mills family in 2012, Walker was in the role of Cashier Supervisor. After just six months, she was promoted to Delivery Coordinator. A year from the promotion, she was promoted once again to Office Manager at the Oklahoma City store. A few months down the road, she was promoted once more to her current position of Human Resources Specialist.

"I enjoy working at Bob Mills Furniture for many reasons, but a main one is realizing that if you are a dedicated, hard worker that continuously strives to do and be better today than you were yesterday, it will be recognized and you will succeed beyond your wildest dreams or expectations. I love working for a company that recognizes the potentials of the individuals they employ."

Brian Fierro

Temple store General Manager Brian

Temple store General Manager Brian Fierro is never satisfied. Beginning in 2010, Fierro has risen from Sales Associate to Sales Manager to his current position. He believes at Bob Mills Furniture, the only thing that can hold you back is yourself. Fierro grew up in the small town of Fort Stockton, Texas. After graduating high school, he moved to Lubbock to attend Texas Tech University. It was during his time in college he was referred by a friend to apply at Bob Mills.

After being hired, his career was off to a quick start. Fierro was a top three Sales Associate at the Lubbock location, which led him to becoming the Sales Manager for the Amarillo store. While there, Fierro helped the store to have its largest year in history. He was then promoted to General Manager for Amarillo. After working in that position for a year, he then transferred to Temple.

"I like working at Bob Mills because it is such a family environment. I am amazed at the great relationships I have with people in different locations that I have only seen in person a handful of times. Everyone works hard and is always willing to help. There is a huge potential for growth in this company."
