Solution Center Manager Adam Dilley strives to be a person of whom his company can be proud. After being raised in Iowa, New Mexico and Oklahoma, Dilley now works at Bob Mills Furniture, as he has since February 2012.
As a pastor, a husband and a father, Dilley believes all people are worthy of respect and dignity. He brings that attitude with him to the office every day as he works to provide customers with answers to their questions and support with their purchases.
After originally coming to Bob Mills when there was not an opening to being approached by the company when he was not available, Dilley was finally in the right place at the right time for placement in the manager-in-training program. Shortly thereafter, the Solution Center Manager position opened up. Dilley was a perfect fit.
"I have loved the family values and the work I do ever since I came here," Dilley said. "I enjoy my co-workers throughout the stores, but especially my co-workers in the Solution Center where I spend most of my time. This is the last job I ever want to have."
