At Bob Mills Furniture, one of our core values is "Everyone is Family". This applies to how we treat our customers and our fellow employees within the company. We also feel that it is important to live by this credo as members of the communities where we live and work. One of the many community efforts we been proud to support is the Boys & Girls Club.
The Boys and Girls Club creates a healthy and safe environment for children to participate in physical and social activities, get help with their homework, and more. At the Boys and Girls Clubs, children can enjoy a positive influence with additional stability outside of home and school environments. With a positive and nurturing environment, children are empowered to make the right decisions in their youth to build a stronger foundation when they become a maturing young adult.
Bob Mills Furniture has provided financial donations to assist with program initiatives. In addition to financial support, Bob Mills Furniture employees have volunteered weekly as mentors for children and adolescents in the after-school program.
Mentors help with school work, play games, and have the honor and responsibility be someone that a child can look up to and confide in. If you would like to participate in this rewarding experience, click one of the following links to find out how you can donate or become a volunteer.

Just before Christmas, Santa Claus and Bob Mills conspired to give a brand-new mountain bike to children who have exhibited exemplary attendance records in the past year. Since Santa's sleigh was in the shop getting inspected for the big night, Mr. Mills called his friends at News 9 for a favor. On a Tuesday evening, Bob and Santa arrived at the Boys & Girls Club on the Bob Mills Sky News 9 Chopper to a welcoming chorus of carols and hundreds of excited screams. The most precious moments were in the face of every child and the pride they felt when their name was announced to get a new mountain bike for Christmas.
Bob Mills Furniture is a financial supporter of the Boys & Girls Club, and our employees volunteer as mentors, and acting as role models for this young generation.
Each year, Bob Mills employees participate in OU Medicine's Corporate Challenge to raise money for the UCO Endeavor Games.
Bob Mills employees volunteer at the Food Bank by boxing, weighing, and packaging food items for those in need.
Bob Mills Furniture donated furniture to the SeeWorth Foundation for their new school campus so that they may have the very best resources to succeed!
Bob Mills has provided Twin, Full, and Queen size mattresses, box springs, bedframes and bedding for the organization to show support for our veteran soldiers.
Bob Mills Furniture has regularly been a donation spot where employees and customers donate gifts so that all children are able to have a Merry Christmas!
